Raymond Dorleans is a leading artist in Haiti, being a very skilled designer and sketch artist. He began painting studying with painter and metal-artist Edgar Brierre (b. 1933) and had his first art exhibit in 1973. His work is characterized by dark blue green landscapes with bright figures. He is represented in many private art collections worldwide.
