Coup de Foudre, LLC, like most websites, may use a "cookie" to facilitate your use of our web site. Children may want to visit us on the internet. We obviously welcome browsing, but parents should know that sometimes our cultural material may not be suitable for all children. We believe parents should be responsible for supervising the on-line activities of their children and taking into account various tools that allow them to provide their children with a controlled, child-friendly internet. Coup de Foudre LLC's site uses Order and Billing Forms for visitors to request information and services and purchase merchandise. Toward that end we collect, as appropriate, visitor's contact information (address, phone numbers and email address), financial information (credit card numbers) and, in the future, a unique identifier (Client ID number for those who receive merchandise On Approval or on Time Payments.) In all cases, visitors may opt-out of receiving future contacts from Coup de Foudre, LLC; see the choice/opt-out section below.

• Contact information obtained from the Order Form is used to fulfill orders and answer any questions you may have.
• Unique identifiers may be provided in the future to verify the user's identity and for use as account numbers in our record system for clients buying On Approval or on Time Payments.
• Financial information that is collected is used only to bill the purchaser for products and services.
• Please note that email addresses, phone numbers, financial information, etc. is for our internal use only, and will not be rented, sold or disclosed to outside parties.
• Users should be aware that all web sites visited, anywhere on the Internet, have the ability to recall a list of browser's individual URLs and IP addresses simply by virtue of one having visited their site. Users must remember that, just like in the 'real' world, Privacy is not the same thing as Invisibility!

As a general rule, we will not disclose any of your personally identifiable information except when we have your permission or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) Coup de Foudre, LLC's rights or property, our other web site users, or anyone who could be harmed by such activities. One easy method to verify security is to check the bottom left corner of your browser. Whenever you enter a secure area, like our Order Form, the broken key (or padlock) icon is replaced by a solid, secure key (or padlock).
